- Kustom Checkout Solution (available in some countries)
We use Kustom Checkout to manage your purchase at our store. The Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB through which payment methods and delivery options are available. Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly, Kustom provides the interface and logic that displays the applicable payment methods. When you use the checkout to complete your purchase, you will be offered different payment methods. These payment methods are processed by separate providers, depending on the payment method you select when you finalise your purchase. For the payment, you are redirected to a payment service provider, such as Klarna, Swish, MobilePay, Vipps, iDEAL and Billie, where the purchase is completed. In order to make your shopping experience effortless, the Kustom Checkout includes automatic filling of your information if you saved your information or previously entered your information in the Kustom Checkout. Kustom will not perform any credit check, instead that may be performed by the payment method you have selected to pay for your purchase. Stripe securely processes all payments made through Kustom Checkout. This applies to all the available payment methods. Stripe is regulated in Europe and is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (reference number: C187865) as an electronic money institution (EMI). It is legally permitted to issue electronic money, execute payment transactions, issue payment instruments, and acquire payment transactions. - Prepayment
Prepayment to our bank account (as indicated on the invoice). After submitting your order at checkout, you will receive information on the screen as well as via E-mail how to proceed. (Allow a few extra days for the money to be received to our account).
The prices shown include Swedish VAT (25%) for customers in Sweden and private individuals within the EU. For clients outside of the EU, VAT will be deducted at checkout when you choose your country of delivery. Customers outside the EU may have to pay import VAT and custom fees according to each country's local regulations.
Shipping
The shipping cost of an order is charged according to the actual weight, this is done automatically in the web shop and the cost of the shipping is reported at the checkout. For packages taller than 150cm there will be a bulk fee of SEK 100 (withing Sweden), as these packages are very expensive and need to be handled manually. This fee will apply even if you have reached the purchase condition for free shipping. Currently there is no way to ship taller packages abroad from Sweden at a decent rate. Unless otherwise stated, we send with best options, such as Postnord or DHL. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by the carrier. For campaigns with free shipping, this applies to deliveries within Sweden with shipping methods that FB Radio chooses (usually Postnord / DHL / Bussgods).
Delivery time
We will usually ship your order within 3 business days after receiving it. The exception is antennas and other bulky items that are shipped with Bussgods (within Sweden only). For environmental reasons, these deliveries are only shipped out once a week (there a long drive from the nearest terminal from our warehouse). Please note that it may take a few extra days for prepayment orders, as we need to see the payment on the account before shipping. During July as well as Christmas and New Year holidays, the delivery time may be slightly longer. During campaigns where we offer the freight, the delivery time may also be slightly longer. For special orders for non-stocked items, we announce the estimated delivery time by email. Please note that deliveries to countries with customs clearance (e.g. Norway) may take significantly longer, as the customs process is unfortunately beyond our control.
Complaints and right of return
We always offer a warranty on the products you buy (at least 1 year). If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect on the product, you always get new parts, however, the warranty does not apply to wear damage, or such as damaged components during lightning strikes. static electricity or other external dmage. Warranty does not apply to appliances which you have opened and / or done modifications to. For radios and amplifiers, the warranty does not apply to the PA transistors as they are easily damaged by eg. SWR. On return the client pays the return freight. For refund - let us know your account details.
Return Policy
You have the right under the Swedish distance contract law to return ordered flawless goods (unused, inlcluding all packaging materials in the same condition as sold) without giving any reason. Notice of this must be provided as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods. The return is not possible of specially ordered goods, cable cut to requested length, or other specially adapted goods. Always email us so that you get the correct return address. We do not refund the shipping costs on your order, and you are responsible for the return freight and the risk of damage / lost goods upon return. Damage to packages and unclaimed packages
If you find any damage to the package, or if the package seems to be opened, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and make a claim notification. Do not retrieve a damaged/opened package! If you do not detect the damage (damaged product and/or missing product) until you have opened the package, and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the mail or carrier's handling, you should contact them and make a claim report. If any dispute with the post or carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it returns to us, we will bill you SEK 350 for our work on handling the goods and the shipping cost.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable provisions of the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL).
