Radios for the 400MHz band is suitable for asphalt work, construction work channels, license-free SRBR 444MHz and PMR 446MHz (however, note that only certain appliances are allowed for use on PMR 446MHz), and most different operating frequencies. Most of the radio sets we sell for 400MHz cover 400-480MHz and are programmable for several different frequencies. Let us know if you need the radio programmed, and we will arrange this for a small fee.
