Anytone D578UVII PLUS Dual band DMR mobile tranceiver with Air Band RX

Like its predecessor, the D578UV PLUS V2 DMR Tier I and II meets the requirements, true duplex and simultaneous reception of two different frequencies (analog + DMR or analog + analog). But the new model has been improved in a number of respects (new hardware inside the radio, and new firmware).

The D578UV PLUS V2 offers new features such as receiving analog APRS, as well as receiving the 118-136MHz flight band. Now the memory has also been greatly expanded, so the radio can store 500,000 digital contacts.

The radio offers space for 250 zones (160 channels per zone), 4,000 channels, 10,000 voice groups and, as I said, 500,000 digital contacts. In this way, you can have all DMR amateurs (currently about 220,000) on the radio, so that you get call, name and QTH in the display.
Furthermore, you also have the opportunity to use different IDs on different channels - the radio can handle up to 250 of your own IDs. Ideal if you use the radio for both amateur radio and e.g. FRO or professional channels.

Unlike most other DMR devices, the Anytone D578UV PLUS V2 has a real VFO. You can therefore manually change the frequency if desired. Most parameters can also be configured directly from the radio - so it is easy to enter a new frequency - e.g. if you need to run DMO, even when you do not have access to your computer. You can also make settings for APRS directly on the radio.
The color display offers clear information about status and functions as well as e.g. current speech group or ID. The reliable transmitter part with dual final transistors offers up to 60W output power on VHF. In addition to running DMR traffic, of course the radio works great for the analog QSO, and automatically detects if there is analog or digital traffic on a frequency.
Using the built-in GPS, you can send your location digitally to other DMR users, or analogue via APRS. The radio can be programmed to automatically send an alarm including your GPS position.
